STORE CREDIT: Returns for store credit should be mailed back to Kingdom Elegance Boutique at PO Box 81276, Simpsonville, SC 29680. We recommend using the US Postal Service which is the most economical means of shipping your returns back to us. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPMENT PAYMENTS. We will allow (7) DAYS for you to send your return back to us for store credit/exchange, after you receive the order. After (7) days your order will no longer be eligible for a Store Credit/Exchange.
We will email you an online Discount Code to use as your Store Credit in the amount of the item/items you returned plus sales taxes if applicable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit. Your store credit is issued in the form of an online discount coupon code and does not expire. Your store credit in the form of a discount code will be issued once the returned item/items are received in satisfactory condition. Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn with the original price tag attached. We will notify you via email the amount of your store credit and of your personal discount code.
Only cancellations before we ship your order will receive a full refund. We strive to ship all orders the same day or the very next day after the order is placed. Acknowledgement of your order will be sent via email once you complete your order online. Should you change your mind or choose to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your request with promptness to ensure that the cancelled order does not ship and is fully refunded. Once your order has been shipped, we can provide STORE CREDIT ONLY, shipping costs will not be refunded.
We will contact you immediately if there is a delay or if the item you ordered is out of stock. We rarely have problems with out of stock items but in the event that we do, we will contact you to discuss your options.
EXCHANGES: We offer exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that via email. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please read and re-read our STORE CREDIT ONLY policy carefully as our policy will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return or cancel your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand our policy as written and stated.
